Introduction

Welcome to Billion77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an online casino and sports betting platform operated under the domain billion77.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("User", "you", "your"), and Billion77.

These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Billion77 platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and customer support interactions. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on Billion77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

Access to the Billion77 Platform and the right to open an account is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Billion77 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Individual Accounts Only: Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Residency: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Capacity to Contract: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, regulatory restriction, or court order that prohibits gambling activity.
• Own Name and Funds: You must register and play using your own legal name and must only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Accounts registered using another person's identity are strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on Billion77, you are required to complete the registration process and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Billion77 recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify Billion77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Billion77 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a breach in a timely manner.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Billion77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of operating a legitimate gaming platform. KYC is conducted to verify your identity, confirm your age eligibility, comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, and protect against fraud.

You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon request from our compliance team:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph clearly.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, SYABAS, Indah Water) or bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or equivalent, issued within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document, taken in adequate lighting with your face and document details clearly visible.
• Source of Funds: In cases where deposits exceed certain thresholds, Billion77 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of falsified documents, will result in account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities. Billion77 typically completes KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Billion77 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods designed to ensure fast, convenient, and secure transactions. All account balances are held and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you are using a cryptocurrency payment method, in which case the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Supported Deposit Methods include:

• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (typically instant)
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect (typically instant)
• Online Transfer: DuitNow (instant), FPX — Financial Process Exchange (5–15 minutes)
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT, ETH (10–60 minutes, subject to network confirmation)

The minimum deposit is RM30 for most Malaysian payment methods, and the equivalent of approximately RM100 for cryptocurrency deposits. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000 for verified accounts, subject to your chosen payment method's own limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Before any withdrawal can be approved, your KYC verification must be complete and all applicable wagering requirements must have been satisfied. Billion77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to methods not previously used for deposits may require additional documentation.

Bonuses & Promotions

Billion77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g., 25x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering is calculated on bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses via separate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Funds Hierarchy: Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagers by default. Bonus Funds become active once Real Money Funds are exhausted.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute less. Full contribution tables are available in individual promotion terms.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: Billion77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such action does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.

Gameplay Rules

All games hosted on the Billion77 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across the Platform:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical returns and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Sports Betting Odds: All sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a wager. Once a wager is accepted and confirmed by the Platform, the odds at which the bet was placed will apply.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during gameplay, Billion77's records shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, wagers for that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's account balance.
• Maximum Win Limits: Certain games or promotions may carry maximum win limits. These limits will be clearly stated in the applicable game or promotion terms. Billion77 reserves the right to void winnings that exceed stated maximum limits where such limits apply.
• Void Wagers: Billion77 reserves the right to void wagers placed in error — including cases involving obvious system errors or pricing mistakes — regardless of whether the wager has been confirmed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Billion77 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance frozen pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited. In serious cases, Billion77 reserves the right to report conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC; impersonating another person; or using stolen payment details.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker hand-sharing or coordinated betting strategies.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting (using Real Money Funds to offset Bonus Fund wagers), or registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated betting software, exploits, scripts, or any other tools that interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for genuine human play.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds obtained from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable AML regulations.
• Underage Access: Knowingly allowing or facilitating a person under 21 years of age to access the Platform or use your account credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Billion77 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, brand elements, game graphics, software, interface designs, textual content, and structural layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of Billion77 or is licensed to Billion77 by its content providers and game suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Billion77;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or branding;
• Use any Billion77 trademark, trade name, or brand element in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Billion77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses arising from game results, sports betting outcomes, or bonus forfeiture;
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance due to circumstances outside Billion77's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, third-party service outages, or cyberattacks;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including consequences of Prohibited Conduct;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Billion77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

Billion77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help our members maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are described in full on our Responsible Gambling page.

Available responsible gambling tools include: account deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from one (1) week to permanent closure. All responsible gambling tools may be activated by contacting our 24/7 support team.

Termination of Account

Termination by the User: You may close your Billion77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Termination by Billion77: Billion77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engagement in Prohibited Conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information at any time;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Following account closure for reasons of Prohibited Conduct or material breach, Billion77 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, forfeit such balances entirely.

Amendments to These Terms

Billion77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Billion77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which Billion77 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve such dispute amicably through direct communication in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If you believe Billion77 has acted inconsistently with these Terms or treated you unfairly, you may submit a formal complaint to our customer support team. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated thoroughly. You will receive a written resolution within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.
